PlacerSustain: Voices of Placer County's Sustainability Community

We have started to assemble the ideas and proposals that have been discussed by PlacerSustain Members during our early development period.  The attached Word table document is an outline of some of the ideas that are already reflected in materials published on the website.  Some are being pursued, and many are offered in the hope that they will stimulate interest and support.  Many elements of these proposals are already underway, and may be built upon, expanded, and / or replicated.

These ideas will be posted individually over time in our discussion Forums.  Everyone is invited to submit ideas of their own, and to comment on these proposals.  While many of the proposals are large in scope, the grass roots pursuit of these ideas involves specific and small concrete steps by an initial group of leaders, and persistence. [More material will be developed for the "Comments" part of the document as we proceed]
