PlacerSustain: Voices of Placer County's Sustainability Community

Ed Armstrong is a landscape architect and principal with Foothill Associates, an environmental consulting firm based in Rocklin.  Mr. Armstrong's professional work encompasses planning and design for watershed and creek systems; wetland, stream and riparian restoration projects; low impact development; and regional parks, trails and open space systems, with a focus on enhancing public use while preserving and restoring natural habitat.

Bralynn Newby has joined PlacerSustain's five member Board of Directors.  Jim Conkey, one of our founding organizational Board Members, has stepped down due to pressing business demands on his time.  Jim will remain involved and has generously provided accountant support for the filing of our 501(c)(3) application.

Braylynn Newby has been a dedicated volunteer from the outset, has published a number of blog articles, attended almost all of our monthly meetings, and is an enthusiastic supporter of local people taking on creating a sustainable future together.
