PlacerSustain: Voices of Placer County's Sustainability Community

We are pleased to announce that Michael Kane and Ed Armstrong have been elected to replace Gary Liss and Otis Wollan on the PlacerSustain Board of Directors.  Michael is the Associate Dean of Science and Math at Sierra College, where he initiated the successful Sustainability Forum series.  Ed Armstrong is a landscape architect and principal with Foothill Associates, an environmental consulting firm based in Rocklin.

The Roseville Utility Exploration Center became an Organizational Member of PlacerSustain in the $200.00 contribution category.  Thank you to Bob Garrison and the Center!  Bob is on the Board of Directors of PlacerSustain and is participating in the Sustainability Event Coordination and the Prosperity Summit working groups.  The Center is actively engaged in a wide variety of environmentally related public education and outreach.
